- One child under 5 years old (without extra bed) stays with parents free of charge.
- Children over 5 years without extra bed - $5 surcharge.
- Extra bed in the room - surcharge 10 dollars
- Prepayment for booking a room is at least 30% of the total amount of the reservation.
Cancellation and change of dates less than three weeks before the date of arrival, a penalty of 100% of the prepayment. - If the guest cancels the reservation less than 2 weeks before arrival, the amount of the penalty will be at least 50 percent of the cost of the stay, provided that the room is rented to other Guests.
- The final payment for accommodation is made before checking into the hotel.
- If the guest, for any reason after arrival, wants to leave earlier, then the money will be returned to him with a penalty of 50% for the remaining days, provided that the Hotel Administration was warned about this no later than five days before departure, and provided that during this period the room will be rented to other guests.
- In the case of booking a hotel with a full group check-in, the hotel reserves the right to notify other guests (booked for these dates) and cancel the reservation 2 weeks in advance, with a 100% refund of the prepaid money
Exceptions for refunds due to cancellation and change of departure date are Group Rates.
For group rates, the prepayment is refundable only upon notification of the Administration 60 days before arrival with a penalty of 35% of the prepayment. When changing the departure date in group rates, the money for the remaining days is not refundable.
Payment is made in US dollars, and in Georgian lari at the exchange rate of the Central Bank + 3%.
